Un grupo de amigos estaba en un bote y mientras intentaban atracarlo, el paciente pensó que sería una buena idea poner su pie delante para tratar de detenerlo, pero el bote siguió avanzando y el talón quedó aplastado entre el cemento y el bote, rompiendo el talón y causando un daño extenso en los tejidos blandos. Envolvieron el pie en una camiseta y esperaron a que llegara la ambulancia para llevarlo al hospital. Se sometió a un total de 5 operaciones para reconstruir el pie y reemplazar el tejido y la piel faltantes con injertos de piel. ¡Desliza ⬅️ para ver la lesión y el resultado!

A case of a severe heel injury after a young man tried to stop a moving boat with his foot!

A group of friends were out on a boat and while they were trying to dock it, the patient thought it would be a good idea to put his foot in front of it in an attempt to stop it but the boat just kept going and the heel got crushed between the concrete and the boat, breaking the heel and causing extensive soft tissue damage. They wraped the foot in a t-shirt and waited for the ambulance to arrive to take him to the hospital.
